If you have a household income of less than $74,900 and would like to purchase a home with a maximum price of $260,000 in the City of Kingston, you may be eligible for this program. It is expected that a total of ten to thirteen allocations will be provided in 2013 to enable eligible households to purchase a home. The City of Kingston has committed funds for the creation of a home ownership program to provide down payment assistance to City residents renting and purchasing within the City of Kingston.

Households are encouraged to read the Home Ownership Program Fact Sheet for the complete list of rules and eligibility requirements as well as the APPLICATION which sets out the documentation required.
